Small Business Mini-loan Fund Low-Interest Loans Reinvestment Partnership Corporation The county began this fund by borrowing 2 million dollars from the federal government. Local banks participate by providing 50% of the funds in loans that they would otherwise not consider. The interest rate on this loan is fixed at time of closing, at a rate of one percent over prime. Mini-Loan funds may be used to purchase
assets for the operation of a qualified small business, including machinery/equipment, leasehold improvements, inventory and limited working capital.
Trumbull County Revolving Loan Fund Low-Interest Loans Trumbull County Revolving Loan Fund that has been capitalized over the years by State CDBG economic development grants.  
Community Reinvestment Areas   Local Communities For the purpose of offering real property tax exemptions to existing businesses wishing to expand and for new businesses moving into the CRA Business must locate within one of the Community Reinvestment Areas. For post-1994 CRA's, the business must wait for approval before they can start building.
City of Warren Revolving Loan Fund   Warren Economic Development Department To assist new or growing businesses with low interest loans for expansion or additional capital.
